No-baking is required to make these treats, and the dough for the peanut butter balls is simple and quick to make, using only three easy ingredients. The peanut butter balls are covered with white chocolate and decorated with candy to resemble snowman. Make these peanut butter balls for a fun no-bake holiday treat for your family.

To make the peanut butter balls, softened butter is mixed with peanut butter and powdered sugar until a thick dough forms. Roll dough into balls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Place the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and melt in 30 second intervals, until fully melted and smooth. Fully coat each peanut butter in the chocolate, and set onto plates. Decorate with the candy and let the chocolate set before serving.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips
  • rolos
  • candy eyes
  • chocolate chips
  • m&ms

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, with a mixer beat softened butter with peanut butter and powdered sugar until a thick dough forms. Roll dough into bite-sized balls and set onto plates. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, melt in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth. Dip each peanut butter ball into the chocolate, coating it fully. Set back onto plates. Decorate with the candy eyes, rolo, chocolate chips, and m&ms. Let chocolate set.
