Easy cheesy baked mac and cheese prepared without any sauce. The mac and cheese is creamy and cheesy and very easy and simple to make. Because there is no need to make a cheese sauce. You just cook the pasta and top it with flour, butter, milk and cheese. After the pasta bakes, it should be creamy with a cheesy topping. You can make these cheesy pasta as a side dish for any main meal, or you could also even make this pasta as a quick vegetarian meal.
Only 5 ingredients are needed to make this pasta dish. Just a bag of elbow pasta, all-purpose flour, butter, milk and shredded cheddar cheese. The pasta is cooked according to the package directions and placed into a greased 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle flour on top of the pasta, dot evenly with butter. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Pour milk over the entire casserole dish. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes, uncover and bake the pasta until the cheese has melted.

Ingredients
- 12 oz. elbow pasta
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and place pasta into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle flour onto the pasta. Top with butter and sprinkle shredded cheese. Pour milk evenly over the entire casserole.
- Cover pasta with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
