5-Ingredient Baked Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz. elbow pasta
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and place pasta into a greased baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle flour onto the pasta. Top with butter and sprinkle shredded cheese. Pour milk evenly over the entire casserole.
  3. Cover pasta with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
