Zucchini Drop Biscuits

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup butter, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded zucchini
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 F. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, salt, garlic powder, and baking powder. Using a pastry blender, cut in butter until crumbly.
  • Pour in milk and fold in zucchini. Drop biscuits onto a greased baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
