Valentine's Day Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Valentine's day themed sprinkles
Ingredients for Buttercream Frosting
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2-3 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Place 12 ice cream cones onto a large baking sheet. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Add in milk, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
  2. Evenly divide the cupcake batter between the ice cream cones. Bake for 15-20 minutes. In a large bowl, combine butter with powdered sugar and milk until fully combined.
  3. Evenly frost each cupcake with the frosting.
