Southwestern Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound cooked and diced chicken
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 ( 15 oz.) can black beans, drained
  • 1 teaspoon chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 ( 14 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine chicken, rice, black beans, cilantro, salsa, cream of chicken soup, and milk. Spread mixture out into a greased baking dish.
  2. Top with cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
