Rolo Stuffed Chocolate Cake Mix Butterscotch Cookies

1 ( 15 oz.) box chocolate cake mix
2 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup butterscotch baking chips

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the butterscotch baking chips.
Use a cookie scoop to place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one rolo on each cookie dough. Cover with more cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
