Place one Rolo on each piece of cookie dough, and cover fully with more cookie dough. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup butterscotch baking chips
- Rolos
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the butterscotch baking chips.
- Use a cookie scoop to place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one rolo on each cookie dough. Cover with more cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
