- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, brown sugar, salt, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, and baking soda. Add in the pumpkin puree, melted butter, eggs, and milk. Whisk until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips. Ladle the pancake batter onto a large greased skillet over medium-low heat. Cook until bubbles start to form. Flip and cook other side until lightly browned.
