In a large bowl, whisk together flour, brown sugar, salt, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, and baking soda. Add in the pumpkin puree, melted butter, eggs, and milk. Whisk until smooth.
Fold in the chocolate chips. Ladle the pancake batter onto a large greased skillet over medium-low heat. Cook until bubbles start to form. Flip and cook other side until lightly browned.
