Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound steak, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 6 hoagie rolls
  • 6 slices provolone cheese

Instructions
 

  • Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add in steak and seasonings. Cook over medium heat, until browned and no longer pink. Remove from skillet.
  • Heat the remaining olive oil in the skillet, cook pepper and onion, until softened. Add the steak back in and let heat through. Serve in hoagie rolls topped with provolone cheese.
