Pepper Jack Creamed Spinach Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ( 12 oz.) bags frozen spinach
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ( 10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1 ( 6 oz.) container french fried onions

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Thaw spinach according to package directions. In a large bowl, mix spinach with cream cheese until smooth. Add in the cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 of the onions until combined.
  • Spread the mixture into a greased round baking dish. Top with the pepper jack cheese and remaining onions. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
