Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
  • 1 ( 14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Place chocolate chips and peanut butter into a large microwaveable bowl. Heat in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between each one until it is completely smooth.
  2. Mix in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch baking dish. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Cut fudge into squares and store in an air tight container in the freezer.
