I love quick and easy no bake desserts that don’t have a lot of hands on time. This peanut butter fudge is made in the microwave with only four ingredients. This candy is very hands off, it takes less than 5 minutes to put it together before it sets in the fridge. This is one of the treats that I made for Christmas, but it will also work for any time of the year. This peanut butter fudge also freezes well, it will stay good in an air tight container in the freezer for up to three months. So when ever you want a sweet treat, you can grab one right out of the freezer.

This fudge is made in the microwave by melting white chocolate chips and peanut butter together in a large microwaveable bowl. Melt them in 30 second intervals, stirring in between each one until the chocolate chips are fullly melted and smooth. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Pour the peanut butter fudge mixture into a greased 9-inch baking dish. Let the fudge mixture set in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Once the fudge has set, cut into small squares and store them in an air tight container in the freezer for up to three months.
