Oven-Roasted Carrots

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds fresh carrots
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Peel and dice carrots into 1-inch pieces. Mix carrots with olive oil, minced garlic, slat, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.
  2. Spread carrots out into a lightly greased baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
