Mini Chocolate Cheesecakes
Ingredients
- 12 Oreo cookies
- 2 ( 8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin tin with paper liners. Place Oreo cookies in each liner.
- In a large bowl with a mixer, beat softened cream cheese with sugar, cocoa powder, and eggs. Beat until smooth. Evenly divide cheesecake batter between the muffin cups. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
