Homemade Peppermint Bark

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz. chocolate chips, melted
  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips, melted
  • 4 tablespoons crushed candy canes

Instructions
 

  • Place chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl, melt in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each until fully melted and smooth.
  • Pour melted chocolate into a baking dish. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Place white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and melt in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each until fully melted and smooth.
  • Pour melted white chocolate over the chocolate layer and sprinkle with the crushed candy canes. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Cut into pieces.
