Homemade No-Churn Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 ( 14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, mashed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Remove stems from strawberries and mash in a medium bowl. In a large bowl using a mixer, beat heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Fold in sweetened condensed milk, mashed strawberries and vanilla extract into the whipped cream mixture. Pour ice cream mixture into a freezer safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
