In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Pour in warm water and vegetable oil. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead dough on a floured surface for a couple of minutes. Place dough back into the bowl and cover. Let rest for 10 minutes. Divide dough into 12-16 pieces and roll into balls. Set onto plates and let rest for another 10 minutes.
Roll out each tortilla dough on a lightly floured surface into a round circle. Heat a large skillet over medium-low heat. Cook tortillas on hot skillet until bubbles form, flip and cook until the other side is lightly browned.
