1cupshredded cheddar cheese
2clovesgarlic, minced

Instructions
Place potatoes into a large saucepan. Cover with water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook until the potatoes are fork tender. Drain and place into a large bowl.
Mash potatoes with butter, cheddar cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
