Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Divide the chocolate between two bowls.
Add blue food coloring to one bowl, and one green food coloring to the other. Drop teaspoons of the blue chocolate on a plate, add the green chocolate next to the blue, swirl with a knife. Freeze for at least 20 minutes.
