Quick and easy homemade candy for Earth day. This easy chocolate candy is colored blue and green, then swirled together. No baking is needed to make them, and it takes just a few minutes to put together. Everyone will love this quick and easy treat for a fun earth day dessert.

The only ingredients that you need for this candy is a bag of white chocolate chips, blue food coloring, and green food coloring. The chocolate chips are first melted in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Divide the chocolate into two bowls, and color one blue, and the other green. Place a small amount of both colors of chocolate next to each other on a plate. Swirl with a knife and freeze until the chocolate is completely set.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips
  • green and blue food coloring

Instructions
 

  • Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Divide the chocolate between two bowls.
  • Add blue food coloring to one bowl, and one green food coloring to the other. Drop teaspoons of the blue chocolate on a plate, add the green chocolate next to the blue, swirl with a knife. Freeze for at least 20 minutes.
