Ingredients

( 12 oz.) bag
frozen meatballs

medium
russet potatoes, peeled and cubed

carrots, peeled and sliced
1
( 14 oz.) can
diced tomatoes, undrained
2
cups
beef broth
1
teaspoon
dried oregano
1/2
teaspoon
dried parsley
Instructions
Place meatballs into a large crock-pot along with potatoes, carrots, undrained diced tomatoes, and beef broth. Sprinkle with dried oregano and dried parsley.
Cover and cook on low heat for 8 hours, or on high for 5-6 hours.
