Ingredients

chuck roast

sliced pepperoncini

beef broth

Italian salad dressing mix

teaspoon
dried oregano
provolone cheese
hoagie rolls
Instructions
Place roast in a large greased crock-pot. Add pepperoncini and beef broth. Season with italian salad dressing mix and dried oregano.
Cover and let cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high heat for 4-5 hours. Shred meat and serve on hoagie rolls with provolone cheese.
