Crock-Pot Italian Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients
  

  • 1 2-3 pound chuck roast
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoncini
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 packet Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • provolone cheese
  • hoagie rolls

Instructions
 

  • Place roast in a large greased crock-pot. Add pepperoncini and beef broth. Season with italian salad dressing mix and dried oregano.
  • Cover and let cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high heat for 4-5 hours. Shred meat and serve on hoagie rolls with provolone cheese.
