Cranberry Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine butter with powdered sugar until fluffy. Add in vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  2. Add in the flour, mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the dried cranberries. Roll the cookies into balls, and flatten each slightly.
  3. Place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
