Cranberry Shortbread Cookies

Sharing is caring!

Shortbread cookies are one of my favorite types of cookies because the texture of these cookies is flaky and unique from other cookies. They are easy to make, you only need five simple ingredients to make them. Dried cranberries are mixed into the cookie dough, making them the perfect flavor to bake this holiday season.

The only ingredients that you need to make these cookies are butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, flour, and dried cranberries. The butter and powdered sugar are mixed together. Then the other ingredients are added to the dough. Roll the mixture into balls, and flatten each one slightly. Place them onto baking sheets and bake until the bottoms are lightly browned. Let cool completely before serving.
