- Preheat oven to 375 F. In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs and milk.
- In another shallow dish, combine the cornmeal and Cajun seasoning. Dip chicken tenders into the egg and milk mixture, letting the excess drip off.
- Fully coat the chicken tenders into the cornmeal mixture. Place chicken onto a large greased baking sheet. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
