Cinnamon Brownie Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, and ground cinnamon. Add in the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Evenly divide the brownie batter between the paper liners. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
