Cinnamon Brownie Cups

Chewy chocolate brownie cups filled with tons of delicious chocolate and cinnamon flavors. Everyone will love the soft and chewy texture and delicious chocolate and cinnamon flavors together in these easy brownie treats. They make the perfect easy dessert for any occasion.

The brownie batter is made by whisking all of the ingredients together in a large bowl until smooth. Ground cinnamon is also mixed into the brownie batter. Divide the batter between a paper lined muffin pan. Bake until each brownie cup comes out clean with a toothpick.

Cinnamon Brownie Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, and ground cinnamon. Add in the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Evenly divide the brownie batter between the paper liners. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
