Cherry Loaf Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 ( 20 oz.) can cherry pie filling

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine butter with sugar until fluffy. Add in the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract and mix until smooth. Add in the flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until it is fully combined.
  • Fold in the cherry pie filling. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
