Cherry Blondie Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Add in the flour, salt, and baking powder, and mix until smooth. Fold in the cherry pie filling. Evenly divide the mixture between the prepared paper liners. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
