In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese with one cup shredded cheddar cheese, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, and paprika. Form cheese mixture into a triangle carrot shape and wrap in foil.
Refrigerate for at least one hour. Place shredded cheddar cheese in a shallow dish. Roll cheese ball into the shredded cheddar cheese. Set onto a serving plate and add pepper to the top. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
