Cake Mix Snickers Stuffed Red Velvet Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box red velvet cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- mini snickers candy bars
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, whisk together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet.
- Place one snickers candy bar on each cookie dough, and cover it fully in the dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
