The only four ingredients that you need for these cookies is a box of red velvet cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and mini snickers candy bars. All of the ingredients except for the snickers candy bars are mixed together in a large bowl until smooth. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one mini snickers candy bar into each cookie, and cover fully in the dough. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
