Preheat the oven to 400 F. Separate biscuits and cut a hole in the center of each one. Place the donuts onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Place the white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
Dip the tops of each donut into the melted chocolate, and set them onto a large plate. Decorate with sprinkles.
