Preheat oven to 350 F. Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it up with a spatula until no longer pink, drain grease. Add in tomato soup, ketchup, pickles, mustard, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Let simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes. Cut biscuit dough into quarters and place into a large greased baking dish. Mix with the beef mixture. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and top with crumbled bacon. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
