Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9 or 10 inch bundt cake pan. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.
Add in pumpkin puree, eggs, vegetable oil and vanilla extract. Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Pour cake batter into the greased cake pan. Bake for 50-55 minutes.
Let cool for 10-15 minutes, remove cake from cake pan. Let cool completely. Dust cake with powdered sugar.
