Red Velvet Cake Mix Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 ( 16 oz.) box red velvet cake mix
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, whisk eggs and vegetable oil together.
- Add in cake mix and whisk until a thick dough forms. Fold in white chocolate chips with a spatula.
- Using a cookie scoop, place cookie dough 2-inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
