Valentine’s Day Peanut Butter Cookie Cups

Soft and chewy cookie cups filled with tons of delicious peanut butter flavor, and Valentine’s day themed sprinkles. They make a fun twist on a classic peanut butter cookie. They are perfect for any Valentine’s day themed party or event. Everyone will love the soft and chewy texture, and peanut butter flavor.

The cookie dough is made just like a classic peanut butter cookie dough, except with the addition of Valentine’s day themed sprinkles added to the cookie dough. Evenly press the dough into a paper lined muffin pan. Bake until the cookie cups come out clean with a toothpick.

Valentine's Day Peanut Butter Cookie Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Valentine's day themed sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with peanut butter, and both granulated and brown sugar until fluffy.
  • Add in egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, and mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the Valentine's day themed sprinkles.
  • Evenly divide the cookie dough between the paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
