Creamy and cheesy classic baked spinach and artichoke dip. This dip makes a great appetizer that is great for serving on just about any occasion. This dip is made with cream cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream mixed with spinach and chopped artichokes. All topped with mozzarella cheese and baked to create a creamy and cheesy dip. There are many different ways that you can serve this dip, such as with vegetables, tortilla chips, or crusty bread slices.
The cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and parmesan cheese are all beat together with a mixer until smooth. Thawed spinach and chopped artichoke hearts are folded into the mixture. Spread the mixture into a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese, bake until the cheese has fully melted and all of the ingredients are heated through.
Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed
- 1 ( 14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F. In a large bowl with a mixer, beat cream cheese with mayonnaise, sour cream, and parmesan cheese. Fold in spinach and artichoke hearts.
- Spread mixture into a greased round baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake for 15 minutes.
