I love deviled eggs for any occasion because they make a great quick and easy appetizer that everyone loves. But these deviled eggs are made fun for Halloween by being decorated with black olives to look like spiders. The deviled eggs are made just like classic deviled eggs, but topped with olives. These eggs are a fun appetizer that are so quick and easy to make to enjoy the Halloween season.
The eggs fist need to be boiled and peeled. Cut the boiled eggs in half, and remove the yolks from the eggs. Place the egg whites onto a serving plate. Mix the egg yolks with mayonnaise and mustard. Season with salt, pepper and paprika and spoon the filling into each egg. To make the olive spiders, cut each olive in half length wise and place half of the olive onto each deviled egg. For the remaining half of the olive, slice into 6 small strips and place 3 on each side of the other half of the olive onto the egg. Keep the deviled eggs refrigerated until you are ready to serve.
