Place eggs into a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and let boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and cover, let sit for 20 minutes.
Drain and peel eggs. Cut eggs in half and remove the yolks. Place the yolks into a medium bowl. Mix yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper and paprika. Spoon deviled egg mixture into each egg white.
Slice olives in half, place half of the olive onto each deviled egg. Slice the remaining half of the olive into strips and place three strips onto each side of deviled eggs. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
