Reindeer Brownie Cookies

Quick and easy chewy chocolate brownie cookies decorated into reindeer. These cookies are made from a homemade brownie batter. You can also use a boxed brownie mix for the cookies instead. After the cookies are baked, they are decorated into reindeer using pretzels, chocolate chips, and m&m candy. They make such a fun and easy treat to make for this Christmas.

The brownie batter is quick and easy to make, all of the ingredients are whisked together in a large mixing bowl. If you are short on time, you can use a box of brownie mix instead and prepare it according to package directions. Use a cookie scoop to drop tablespoons of the batter onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the center comes out clean with a toothpick. Decorate the cookies with the pretzels for the antlers, the chocolate chips for the eyes, and the m&ms for the nose. Let the cookies cool completely on a cooling rack before serving.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pretzels
  • chocolate chips
  • red m&ms

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. Add in eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  • Using a cookie scoop, place the brownie batter onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and decorate the brownie cookies with pretzels, chocolate chips, and m&ms.
