I love fresh dinner rolls to serve with dinner, but don’t always have the time to make a classic yeast bread dough. With this quick no-yeast dinner rolls, no yeast is needed. Only 5 ingredients and 20 minutes is all that you need to make these delicious rolls. They are not as soft and fluffy as a traditional yeast bread roll. They have the texture more a delicious flaky biscuit, but still a delicious side dish to along with dinner. Serve these tasty rolls warm with butter to serve with any main meal.

The only ingredients that you need to make these dinner rolls are flour, baking powder, salt, mayonnaise and milk. The mayonnaise will not have any flavor to these rolls, but they will make them more moist. All of the ingredients are whisked together and divided into 5 muffin cups. This recipe will only make 5 dinner rolls, but it can easily be doubled depending on how many rolls you want to make. Bake until the rolls are lightly golden browned and come out clean with a toothpick. Serve warm topped with butter.
