Classic chewy chocolate brownies baked in a muffin pan and topped with a white chocolate peppermint kiss.The homemade brownie batter creates soft and chewy brownies, made into easy bite form to make serving easy. You can either make your own homemade brownie batter, or you could also use a premade box mix of brownies to make it easier. Just prepare the brownie mix according to the package directions, then evenly divide the batter between 12 lined muffin cups. Bake until the brownies come out clean with a toothpick. Once you remove them from the oven, place one chocolate peppermint kiss on top of each brownie cup and let cool completely.

Peppermint Kiss Brownie Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 12 chocolate peppermint kisses

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with cupcake liners. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder.
  • Add in eggs, melted butter and vanilla extract and whisk until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips and divide the brownie batter between the prepared muffin cups. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and place one chocolate kiss on top of each brownie cup. Let cool completely.
