Creamy and easy peanut butter truffles with cream cheese. The truffles are covered in melted chocolate chips, with a delicious peanut butter and cream cheese filling that tastes just like cheesecake. Everyone will love these easy no-bake treats to enjoy for any holiday or occasion.

The only four ingredients that you need is softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and a bag of chocolate chips. Mix the cream cheese with peanut butter and powdered sugar until it is fully combined. Roll the mixture into balls, and place onto plates. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Fully coat each peanut butter truffle into the melted chocolate, and set back onto plates. Let the truffles sit until the chocolate has completely set.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese with peanut butter and powdered sugar together until smooth. Roll the mixture into balls, and place onto a plate.
  • Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Fully coat each truffle into the chocolate, and let sit until it has completely set.
