Oven-Roasted Potato Wedges

Sharing is caring!

Crispy potato wedges roasted in the oven. These homemade french fries are so much easier and healthier than fried french fries. They are seasoned with a spicy seasoning mixture of garlic powder and paprika. These fries are great served with burgers or hot dogs. Serve with ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce.

The potatoes will first need to be sliced into thick potato wedges. You can also slice them into smaller classic french fry shapes. Although if the fries are thinner, you may need to adjust the cooking time. You can either peel the potatoes, or you can leave the skin on. Mix the sliced potatoes with olive oil, and seasonings. If you would rather your fries to be less spicy, you can leave the paprika out. Spread out onto a baking sheet in a single layer, bake until crispy.
