Oven Fried Pork Chops

Tender and juicy pork chops covered with a crispy coating of flour and breadcrumbs. These pork chops make an easy and delicious meal that the whole family will love. The pork chops are baked until they are tender and the crust is crispy. Serve with a side of your favorite vegetables or salad.

The breading for these pork chops is made by adding egg and milk to one bowl, flour and seasonings to another bowl, and breadcrumbs to the last bowl. Fully coat the pork chops first, in the egg mixture, then the flour, and then the breadcrumbs last. Place onto a baking sheet and bake until the pork chops are tender and the breading is crispy.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 F. In a shallow dish, whisk together egg and milk. In another shallow dish, combine flour and seasonings. Place breadcrumbs in another shallow dish.
  • Place pork chops first into the egg mixture, then into the flour mixture, and the breadcrumb mixture last. Place onto a large greased baking sheet. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
