Quick and easy homemade classic blondies. Blondies are like brownies, but without the chocolate. They have a sweet vanilla and brown sugar taste that is delicious. These blondies are easy to make with simple ingredients that you may already have on hand. No mixer is needed, just a large mixing bowl and a whisk. All of the ingredients are whisked together and poured into a baking dish. They are baked until lightly browned. Make these quick treats for an easy dessert for when you want a sweet treat.

To make these blondies, you only need a mixing bowl and whisk. Melted butter is mixed with brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Flour, salt, and baking powder are all added to the mixture and mixed until smooth. Pour the blondie batter into a greased baking dish. Bake until the center of the blondies comes out clean with a toothpick.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Add in flour, salt, and baking powder, whisk until smooth.
  • Evenly spread batter into a large greased baking dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
