The only five ingredients that you need is a box of red velvet cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, chocolate chips, and Oreo cookies. Mix all of the ingredients, except for the Oreo cookies together until smooth. Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Place one Oreo cookie on each cookie dough, and cover with more cookie dough. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
Oreo Stuffed Red Velvet Cake Mix Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box red velvet cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo cookie on each cookie dough, and cover with more cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
