The only ingredients that you need for these are quick oats, rice krispy cereal, peanut butter, honey, cinnamon, and dried cranberries. You can switch out the dried cranberries for any other dried fruit, like raisins, or any other fillings like chocolate chips if you would rather. The honey and peanut butter are microwaved together until smooth, then the other ingredients are mixed into the mixture until it is all combined. Press the granola mixture into a baking dish, and let sit until firm. Cut into bars and serve. Store the leftovers in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to one week.
No-Bake Cranberry Granola Bars
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups quick oats
- 1 cup rice krispy cereal
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- Place peanut butter and honey into a large microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds, until smooth.
- Add in oats, cereal, cinnamon, and dried cranberries. Press the mixture into a greased baking dish. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Cut into bars.
